Dirt work is required for any building and this is the start of a
54,800 square foot Speculative Building
for the Pulaski - Giles
County Economic Development Commission.
The building pad is finished and the concrete piers and footings
are 50% complete.
The spec building will incorporate a 250 x 200 foot industrial working -
warehouse section with a 40 x 125 foot office area at the
front of the building. Construction is scheduled to be complete
by April 30th, 2002.
The project is on schedule and the Economic Development
Commission and the architectural firm of Watson and Associates of
Manchester, Tennessee are very pleased with the progress and quality
being provided by Doss
Brothers. During this phase of the project the outer walls and
the roof were erected to complete the dry in of the
Pulaski/Giles County Spec Building.
