Picture of dirt works [Click to enlarge].The Dirt Work Phase was started in August 2002. A solid foundation for any building starts in the dirt. By ensuring that elevation, compacted materials and drainage are installed properly, the poured foundation will perform as expected. Top soil must be removed from the site with only enough left for landscaping purposes. The proper aggregates must be layered on the site with the proper amount of water and compaction to achieve a proper foundation for a building of this size and weight.
